Part-time Customer Service Assistant

Paul Bunyan Telephone has an opening for a part-time customer service assistant reporting to the Grand Rapids, MN office. We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, detail oriented person able to work in a fast paced customer service atmosphere. Qualified applicants must enjoy working with the public, possess good communication, computer and phone skills, and be able to work well with others. Along with customer relations, duties may include answering phones, assisting customers with state of the art technologies in the telephone industry and operation of computer and standard office equipment. Position will include Saturdays. Benefit package includes health, dental, retirement, 401K, plus more.
